A Subsidiary of The International Progressive Breeders' Alliance

The International Progressive Exotic Breeders' Alliance, (IPEBA) founded in 2002 is the first of its kind, uniting breeders and enthusiasts of exotic animals in one Alliance.  IPEBA is composed of subsidiary exotic animal registries.  Each subsidiary animal registry is made up of chartered breed or species associations which have full control over their breed or species standard.

The founders of the International Progressive Exotic Breeders' Alliance believe that the breeding of all animals is an art form, and as such, breeders should have the freedom to express themselves and their vision for their breed (s) or species in their breeding programs.
IPEBA was developed to:

Give creative freedom to breeders to develop new exotic breeds of animals and to preserve the old exotic breeds or species as they wish without interference from registries.
Create an international alliance among each subsidiary exotic animal registry.
Unite breeders of all exotic animals in one unique, powerful alliance, in which breeders work together to protect all breeds or species of exotic animals and their hobby from restrictive legislation.
